My sister needed a pin board to pin her inspiration photos and words, and to help her discover her passions and goals to achieve. So, we bought cheap and boring pin board with update on mind. Her choice is combination of black and gold, and I wanted to make it simple but beautiful even without anything pinned on it, so I went for chevron. I’ve considered some other patterns too but it would be more time consuming. This is the result:

 Ako svakodnevno pravite sendviče ili sličnu užinu, posebno djeci za školu, evo zanimljivog riješenja za sve alate pri ruci. Potrebna vam je samo jedna ladica koju ćete ofarbati po želji, ugraditi dva do tri štapa - za ubruse, foliju za umotavanje i eventualno peki papir. Pri dnu ladice, pričvrstite ploču od iverice na kojoj ste napravili tri otvora za salvete, kesice za užinu i kuhinjske gumice. The elegance and versatility of houndstooth pattern amazes me. I've wrote about more colourful version of houndstooth stenciled wall before, and this one is equaly great. The owner of this lovely working corner, Aimee, is right when saying it changed the space from bore...to adore. It looks completed, sophisticated and - most important - it sends creative vibe. This stencil is even easy to make at home, so why don't give it a try?

Prilagodljivost pepito šare kao i njena svevremenska elegancija me oduševljavaju. Koliko znam, nisam vidjela do sada primjenu na zidu, iako se vratila na velika vrata u sve aspekte dizajna. Veoma mi se dopada kako izgleda u radnom kutku, vizuelno ga odvajajući od ostatka prostorije, i čineći ga kompletnim, bez potrebe za dodatnim uređivanjem slikama i sl. Autumn gives us plenty of materials for expressing our creativity. I've picked one lovely and simple idea out of many. I love how good the result looks...and not just for fall
**Jesen obiluje fantasticnim materijalom za izrazavanje kreativnosti. Od pregrsti ideja ja sam izabrala jednostavnu, a rezultat je lijep ukras ne samo za vrijeme jeseni i zime, vec tokom cijele godine

materials:  

*paper or canvas, 

*pdf board or frame if you use paper, 

*craft paint and spray paint in various colours, 

*brushes, 

*leaves, flowers or stems, 

*spray on adhesive

how to: when you choose your leaves, flatten them between heavy books. Paint the entire sheet of paper or canvas in your desired colour and let it dry. Spray the back of the leaves with adhesive and simply tack on the painted surface. Lightly spray paint the entire surface and carefuly peel away the leaves.

    kako napraviti: odabrane listove ispresujte, a platno ili papir ofarbajte u zeljenu boju. na pozadinu lista nanijeti lagano sprej lijepak i postaviti na papir. lagano isprskati cijelu povrsinu bijelom bojom u spreju, te pazljivo skinuti list. po zelji se malom cetkicom i prilicno razblazenom drugom akrilnom bojom moze premazati cijela povrsina za veci umjetnicki utisak.

Kuhinjska kolica su vrlo praktičan element u svakom domu. Preporučljiva su za velike a posebno za male prostore. Ipak, nisam čula u mom okruženju da ih neko koristi, niti primjetila po časopisima u zemlji. Vrijeme je da se situacija promjeni. {weekend project} modern clock ** {uradi sam} moderan zidni sat

Simplicity is what makes things unique in most cases. This clock made by Agus is the perfect example. There's a piece of wood scrap laying on my desk for a few months; I thought the idea will come itself just by looking at it. I had a few ideas but I didn't want to settle until the AHA moment. And here it is. So simple that I'm jealous why it wasn't MY idea :) But still, possibilities are endless with colours and motifs. What would you create?

Jednostavnost je ključ originalnosti (bar u većini slučajeva). Pravi primjer je ovaj drveni moderan sat koji je napravila Agus, mlada arhitektkinja iz Buenos Airesa, a inspirisana je djelom dizajnera Davida Vederheda. Već dva mjeseca parče tankog drveta stoji na mom radnom stolu, gledam ga svakodnevno u nadi da će tako sinuti dobra ideja šta da uradim s njim. Imala sam nekoliko ideja, ali nije bilo AHA momenta, sve do sad. I malo zavidim...što ovo meni nije palo na pamet. Da napravim jednostavan moderan sat...a mogućnosti za dekoraciju su maltene bezgranične.

Simple and fun project with big impact! Great if you need a cheap but noticable change. Pick a motif you love, draw a net out of small squares with a pencil and then paint cross stitch from the center of the motiv. Leave 24h to dry before erasing pencil marks
